How long will the shoot take?

Please allow 60 Minutes to photograph the property.

This is based on our ability to arrive, set up, and shoot the property without spending time arranging furniture, removing clutter, or cleaning in any way. We will make suggestions and do a little straightening ourselves, we will not move large objects, or do anything that would place us in a position of liability should something be broken or lost.

What do I need to do before the shoot?

The preparation of the property is the responsibility of the Real Estate Agent and/or the Home Owner/Landlord.

Scheduling/Cancellations

During most seasons, real estate photos can be scheduled for any time of day. We generally shoot between the hours of 10.00am - 5.00pm.

Agents MUST accompany me on the shoots. Should weather be a factor on your appointment day, please be available so that we can contact you in case of HKO weather warnings. In case a severe weather warning, we will offer you several options for appointments to get your shoot rescheduled.

To cancel a shoot, please give us no less than 24 hours notice. Normally it’s not a problem to cancel or reschedule a shoot, although during peak times, it may be several days before we can reschedule you, depending on workload and weather. We do not charge cancellation fees, but if we have incurred travel or expenses related to the shoot, you will be billed for those charges.

Processing & Delivery

After the shoot, we’ll immediately begin processing, enhancing, and delivering your photos. Each photo receives individual attention with regards to color, exposure and contrast. For most shoots, we can deliver the images by 9AM next day. Our standard rates include electronic delivery via online transfer sites. If you require the images on a USB drive or CD/DVD, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of HK$100 for media and delivery.

Once the images are finished, you will receive an email with your invoice and a link to the transfer site. You can download the print/web resolution images from that site. The invoice will be a PDF attachment to the email, so feel free to pay by cheque, online banking or ATM transfer.
